Good visibility is a fundamental prerequisite for safe driving. You are required to have clear windows and functional windshield wipers at all times.
Visibility Requirements

Windshield Wiper
Wiper blades wear out over time and should be replaced at least once a year, preferably before the winter season. Signs of worn wiper blades:
- Streaks and uneven wiping pattern
- Squeaking sound against the glass
- Poor contact with the glass surface
Test the wipers as part of daily checks , especially in rain and snow.
Washer Fluid

Anti-Condensation Tips
Turn on the air conditioning and direct the airflow towards the windshield for quick defogging. Avoid wiping with your hand – it creates greasy streaks that worsen glare.
Visibility and Speed
In poor visibility, you must adjust your speed so that you can stop within the distance you can see is clear. Warning signs may alert you to fog or other visibility-reducing conditions.
