Seasonal Preparation
Before the season starts, you should carry out a thorough inspection of the snowmobile after summer storage.

Belts and Drivetrain
Drive belt (variator belt) transfers the power from the engine to the belt drive. A worn belt can break during operation and make the snowmobile unusable.
- Check the belt for cracks and wear
- Bring a spare belt on longer trips
- Inspect the track for damaged or missing clips
- Check the tension of the belt according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Skis and SteeringThe skis steer the snowmobile and should be in good condition:
- Check the wear bar (carbide runner) under the ski and replace if heavily worn
- Make sure the steering joints are intact and free of play
- Grease the pivot points for smooth and precise steering
- Check the front shocks for leaks and function
Daily check before riding
Every time you ride, you should do a quick check:
- Fuel level sufficient for the trip
- Oil level at the correct mark
- Lights and brakes working
- Throttle and brake respond normally
- Belt is intact and properly tensioned
- No visible leaks under the snowmobile
After the season
When the season is over, you should preserve the snowmobile for the summer:- Fill the tank completely to avoid condensation
- Change oil and filter
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Charge the battery or connect to a maintenance charger
- Store the scooter dry and under cover
