Passenger handling
A bus driver is responsible for passengers’ safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- Check that passengers have sat down before leaving the stop.

- Treat all passengers with respect and professionalism.
- Pay special attention to children, older people, and people with reduced mobility.
Accessibility
A bus driver has a duty to ensure that transport is accessible to everyone.
